If you are already signed in to another Edara app you are signed in here automatically. The menu down the side lists three places, and they are the order of the work. On a phone the same three sit along the bottom of the screen. تعرض القائمة الجانبية ثلاثة أقسام، وترتيبها هو ترتيب العمل نفسه. وعلى الجوال تظهر الثلاثة نفسها في شريط أسفل الشاشة.

design_services Create your first label تصميم أول ملصق #

1. Open Templates.افتح النماذج.
2. Click New Template — or pick a preset such as Standard Label (50×25mm) to start further along.اضغط نموذج جديد — أو اختر نموذجاً جاهزاً مثل ملصق قياسي (50×25 مم) لتبدأ من نقطة أبعد.
3. The designer opens with a canvas standing for your label.يُفتح المصمّم بلوحة رسم تمثّل الملصق.
4. Add Text → in the right panel set Field to Description, size 10, weight Bold, alignment Center.إضافة نص ← من اللوحة اليمنى اضبط الحقل على الوصف، والحجم 10، والوزن عريض، والمحاذاة توسيط.
5. Add Barcode → the field is Barcode and the format CODE128 by default. Drag it under the description.إضافة باركود ← الحقل هو الباركود والصيغة CODE128 افتراضياً. اسحبه أسفل الوصف.
6. Add Text again for the price: field Price, size 16, Bold, Center, dragged to the bottom.إضافة نص مرة أخرى للسعر: الحقل السعر، الحجم 16، عريض، توسيط، واسحبه إلى الأسفل.
7. Optionally Add QR Code (enter a URL — it redraws live) or Add Image (SVG) for a logo or currency symbol. An image can be linked to a text element so it travels beside it.اختيارياً إضافة رمز QR (أدخل رابطاً — ويُعاد رسمه فوراً) أو إضافة صورة (SVG) لشعار أو رمز عملة. ويمكن ربط الصورة بعنصر نصي لتنتقل بجواره.
8. Set the label size in the right panel: Width 50, Height 25.اضبط مقاس الملصق من اللوحة اليمنى: العرض 50، الارتفاع 25.
9. Name the template in the header field and click Save Template.سمِّ النموذج في حقل العنوان واضغط حفظ النموذج.

print Print labels for products طباعة ملصقات للأصناف #

1. Open Items & Orders and search by code, name or barcode.اذهب إلى الأصناف والأوامر وابحث بالرمز أو الاسم أو الباركود.
2. Click Add on the product — it enters the queue with one copy, and the button becomes a + / − stepper.اضغط إضافة على الصنف — فيدخل قائمة الطباعة بنسخة واحدة، ويتحوّل الزر إلى مؤشر + / −.
3. Tap + until the count reads 10.اضغط + حتى يصل العدد إلى 10.
4. Open Print Queue and click the template card you want — a live preview appears.اذهب إلى قائمة الطباعة واضغط بطاقة النموذج المطلوب — فتظهر معاينة مباشرة.
5. Check the summary (items, total labels) and click Print. A PDF opens — print it or save it.راجع الملخّص (عدد الأصناف وإجمالي الملصقات) واضغط طباعة. يُفتح ملف PDF — اطبعه أو احفظه.

Changing quantities: use the stepper next to each queue row, or type a number into the copies field. The stepper stays visible in Items & Orders for anything already queued — stepping down to zero removes it. تغيير الكميات: استخدم المؤشر بجوار كل صف في القائمة، أو اكتب رقماً في حقل عدد النسخ. ويبقى المؤشر ظاهراً في الأصناف والأوامر لكل ما أُضيف بالفعل — والنزول إلى صفر يحذفه.

1. Create a template — or pick the A4 Sheet Label preset (63.5×38.1mm, a 3×7 grid).أنشئ نموذجاً — أو اختر النموذج الجاهز ملصق ورقة A4 (63.5×38.1 مم، شبكة 3×7).
2. In the designer open Print Settings in the right panel and set Layout to A4 Sheet.من المصمّم افتح إعدادات الطباعة في اللوحة اليمنى واضبط التخطيط على ورقة A4.
3. Set the margins (top 15mm, left 7mm) and the gaps (horizontal 2.5mm, vertical 0mm). The info line shows the resulting grid, e.g. "3×7 = 21 labels per page".اضبط الهوامش (علوي 15 مم، أيسر 7 مم) والفواصل (أفقي 2.5 مم، رأسي 0 مم). ويعرض سطر المعلومات الشبكة الناتجة، مثل "3×7 = 21 ملصقاً في الصفحة".

percent Expressions & discount prices التعبيرات وأسعار الخصم #

1. Add a text element for the original price: field Price, Strikethrough enabled, small (about 10pt).أضف عنصر نص للسعر الأصلي: الحقل السعر، مع تفعيل الشطب، بحجم صغير (نحو 10).
2. Add a text element for the sale price: field Sale Price, large and bold (about 18pt). It is worked out for you from the item's discount — price − discount, or price × (1 − discount%).أضف عنصر نص لسعر التخفيض: الحقل سعر البيع، كبيراً وعريضاً (نحو 18). ويُحسب تلقائياً من خصم الصنف — السعر − الخصم أو السعر × (1 − نسبة الخصم).
3. Add a badge: set the field to Expression and type {discountPercent} OFF, which prints as "20% OFF".أضف شارة: اضبط الحقل على تعبير واكتب {discountPercent} OFF، فتُطبع مثل "‏20% OFF".

An expression can mix any field with fixed text — {price} EGP, {barcode}. If the discount has a date range and today falls outside it, the computed fields print empty. يمكن للتعبير أن يمزج أي حقل مع نص ثابت — {price} EGP، {barcode}. وإذا كان للخصم فترة زمنية واليوم خارجها، تُطبع الحقول المحسوبة فارغة.

assignment Print from a work order الطباعة من أمر مخزني #

1. In Items & Orders, choose Search by Work Order, then enter or scan the work order code.من الأصناف والأوامر اختر البحث بالأمر المخزني، ثم أدخل رمز الأمر أو امسحه.
2. Its lines are listed, each ticked by default, with a label count already filled in from the ordered quantity.تُعرض بنوده، كل بند محدّد افتراضياً، مع عدد ملصقات مملوء مسبقاً من الكمية المطلوبة.
3. Adjust with the steppers, or use Select All / Deselect All. The total updates as you go.عدّل بالمؤشرات أو استخدم تحديد الكل / إلغاء تحديد الكل. ويتحدّث الإجمالي أثناء ذلك.
4. Click Add to send the ticked lines to the queue, then print as usual.اضغط إضافة لإرسال البنود المحدّدة إلى القائمة، ثم اطبع كالمعتاد.

Work-order lines are matched against your synced stock items so the label carries the full data — description, barcode, price. A line whose item has no barcode cannot be printed and is reported as such. تُطابَق بنود الأمر مع الأصناف المخزنية المتزامنة لديك ليحمل الملصق البيانات كاملة — الوصف والباركود والسعر. أما البند الذي لا يحمل صنفه باركود فلا يمكن طباعته ويُنبَّه عليه.

swap_horiz Share templates between organizations مشاركة النماذج بين الشركات #

Templates belong to the organization they were made in. To reuse a design elsewhere: in Templates, click Export to save them as a .json file, switch organization from the menu down the side, then click Import and choose that file. A single template can be exported on its own from the export icon on its card. تنتمي النماذج إلى الشركة التي أُنشئت فيها. ولإعادة استخدام تصميم في شركة أخرى: من النماذج اضغط تصدير لحفظها في ملف .json، ثم بدّل الشركة من القائمة الجانبية، ثم اضغط استيراد واختر الملف. ويمكن تصدير نموذج واحد بمفرده من أيقونة التصدير على بطاقته.

settings_ethernet Direct thermal printing (QZ Tray) الطباعة الحرارية المباشرة (QZ Tray) #

1. Install QZ Tray on the computer and make sure it is running.ثبّت QZ Tray على الكمبيوتر وتأكد من أنه يعمل.
2. In the designer, under Print Settings, set Method to QZ Tray.من المصمّم، تحت إعدادات الطباعة، اضبط الطريقة على QZ Tray.
3. Enter the Printer Name exactly as the operating system shows it, and choose the type: ZPL for Zebra (then set DPI 203/300/600, darkness, speed), ESC/POS for Epson-compatible, or Raw Image for anything else.أدخل اسم الطابعة تماماً كما يعرضه نظام التشغيل، واختر النوع: ZPL لطابعات Zebra (ثم اضبط الدقة 203/300/600 والقتامة والسرعة)، أو ESC/POS للمتوافقة مع Epson، أو Raw Image لما عداها.

smartphone Designing on a phone التصميم على الجوال #

The designer needs a computer. Laying a label out means dragging elements around a canvas, and on a small touch screen the element list and the properties panel leave about a finger's width of canvas to drag them on — with every drag fighting the page trying to scroll underneath it. يحتاج المصمّم إلى كمبيوتر. فتصميم الملصق يعني سحب العناصر على لوحة الرسم، وعلى شاشة لمس صغيرة لا تترك قائمة العناصر ولوحة الخصائص سوى عرض إصبع تقريباً للسحب — مع مزاحمة الصفحة التي تحاول التمرير أسفل كل سحبة.

Opening it there shows a short explanation and a button through to Print, which is the part that belongs on a phone: pick a saved template, scan or search items, print. Everything except designing works normally. وفتحه هناك يعرض شرحاً قصيراً وزراً يوصل إلى الطباعة، وهي الجزء الذي يناسب الجوال: اختر نموذجاً محفوظاً، وامسح الأصناف أو ابحث عنها، ثم اطبع. وكل شيء عدا التصميم يعمل كالمعتاد.

The condition is deliberately small and touch — a narrow window on a computer keeps the full designer, because a mouse can still place an element precisely. والشرط مقصود: صغيرة وتعمل باللمس — فالنافذة الضيقة على الكمبيوتر تحتفظ بالمصمّم كاملاً، لأن الفأرة ما زالت تستطيع وضع العنصر بدقة.

grid_view Inside the Edara portal داخل بوابة إدارة #

Barcode Print opens either on its own address or inside the Edara portal alongside the other Edara apps. It is the same app with the same templates — only the frame around it differs. In the portal, the bar along the top belongs to the portal and carries the organization switcher, language, theme, What's New and your account; switch organization there and Barcode Print follows, showing that organization's templates. تُفتح طباعة الباركود إما على عنوانها الخاص أو داخل بوابة إدارة إلى جانب تطبيقات إدارة الأخرى. وهو التطبيق نفسه بالنماذج نفسها — الاختلاف في الإطار المحيط فقط. وداخل البوابة يخص الشريط العلوي البوابةَ ويحمل مبدّل الشركة واللغة والمظهر وما الجديد وحسابك؛ بدّل الشركة من هناك فتتبعك طباعة الباركود وتعرض نماذج تلك الشركة.

• PDF is the default and suits almost everyone — sharp barcodes, consistent Arabic text and exact millimetre positioning, on office and thermal printers alike. Choose Individual for label rolls, A4 Sheet for a page of many.‏PDF هي الطريقة الافتراضية وتناسب الجميع تقريباً — باركود حاد ونص عربي متّسق ومواضع دقيقة بالمليمتر، على الطابعات المكتبية والحرارية معاً. اختر فردي لبكرات الملصقات، وورقة A4 لصفحة تجمع عدداً منها.
